I WILL FLOOD YOU WITH MY LIGHT
In progress at Productions Recto-Verso.
Video installation and interactive web platform.
In collaboration with Jonathan Cusson, Zoé Tremblay-Bianco, Étienne La Frenière and Juliette Bernatchez.

I Will Flood You with My Light explores contemporary forms of belief, attention, and the transmission of sensory experience. It follows an influencer who, after a spiritual experience she perceives as profoundly transformative, attempts to share it with her audience. Like the child who cried wolf, her words carry an inherent doubt, as she only has the language of online self-presentation with which to recount her experience. In attempting to make us feel the effects of an experience that exceeds language, she gradually makes the image disappear into a world of abstraction, color and light.

Still from a video currently in production.
